This morning I was awoken by a vision where a helicopter was landing beside me, warning me of a Tsunami that was quickly approaching and then it suddenly left and flew to the next place to warn others.
There is an urgency in the Lord for us as a people, to go to higher ground – In the spirit, I mean.

A tsunami brings destruction, it brings with a levelling of all man made structures, where we perhaps think we are invincible and safe, but quickly find it fails. A tsunami also represents in the spiritual, a powerful move of His Holy Spirit, so exciting alongside the challenge that a tsunami may bring.
Structures like we are seeing in the natural in the health system, in the finance sector that can fall in a moment, the governmental support system. Even in the church where we think we have built something stable to withstand the storms and then suddenly like the game Jenga, a supporting structure lower down is pulled out and topples all the rest.
I gave a word earlier in a previous post I believed was from the Lord, about being prepared and now, there is an urgency in going to higher ground to escape from the effects of the Tsunami that is coming.
In the suddenly of a tsunami warning, no matter where you find yourself, you may not be able to get up to higher ground in the natural and yet we see in Psalm 139 the Lord tells us that no matter where we are, what we are doing, he is there, he will guide us and he will hold us fast. This right there is encouraging in the fact that we don’t need to fear at all as He is with us, even in the midst of a tsunami.
Psalm 139:7-12 “Where can I flee from your presence? If I go up to the heavens you are there. If I make my bed in the depths you are there. If I rise on the wings of the dawn, if I settle on the far side of the sea, even there your hand will guide me, your right hand will hold me fast.”
Come up higher is a call to rise above the storms, To walk with courage and boldness in the face of fear. To put our trust in an even greater way in the hands of Jesus. To hear clearly what God is saying for yourself and not through others. It’s an invitation for even greater intimacy in Him. It’s an invitation to not give in to the things of this world that seek to undermine all that Jesus paid for through the cross. It’s an invitation to question what you believe and why and find perhaps your thinking change. It’s an invitation to a greater life of trust, freedom and joy in the Holy Spirit even in the midst of the destruction
Prov 15:24 “The path of life leads upward for the prudent, to keep them from going down to the realm of the dead.”
Isaiah 55:8-9 “For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,” declares the Lord. “As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts.”
We often have a way of seeing something, but the Lord reminds us through Isaiah 55 that his perspective is different from ours and so our way of seeing something may not be how He sees it, but in coming up higher we understand that we can trust Him, no matter how it may look.
So in rounding things off, there is a tsunami warning with some urgency being released for us to come up higher. Warnings are there for our protection, they are there for our benefit, and if we choose to ignore them, it may cause us or others, some harm if not heeded.
I believe that structures that are man made, supported and sustained by man, will not be able to remain through the tsunami. Our misplaced trust revealed in things being returned and placed in the right place – In Jesus.
So I bless you with this word and hope it confirms something you are seeing, feeling, sensing in the Spirit already and can encourage others with. Blessings.
