2025 – Let love be the answer
Have you ever… had people pop over and you are going to make them a cuppa but then something happens, and you get preoccupied and forget about their cuppa and keep going back to make it and then something else happens?
Have you ever… come to park your vehicle somewhere and already there are so many cars in the parking places that you need to go around again and wait for one to come available? Or perhaps you have led your horse to a reserve to go for a ride, only to find it locked and you are too early, and you need to wait a little for the time for the gate to be open?
Have you ever… seen somebody on seats that you were about to go and sit there in church but then you shifted your seat as you didn’t want to sit beside them because they were too big, perhaps even too young or too old?
Sometimes we get too busy and are preoccupied to be ‘present’ for the people that are right in our homes, in front of us, waiting, perhaps they have come to visit, and we are too busy for them.
Sometimes our timing is off a little and we are looking for where we want to go and those places are already filled and we need either need to find another place, or perhaps our timing is wrong, and we need to be patient for the space to open.
Sometimes our prejudice’s stop us from having relationships with the people that God has put in our way and we need to see the ‘person’, not the discrimination that separates us.
In 2025 – Let love be the answer
